Choosing a theme for the month

In my Perfectly Imperfect January series, I challenged myself to do a Facebook Live video every morning at 6am. In addition to building the habit of doing videos regularly (and showing up imperfectly, bright and early), it was also a chance for me to share small snippets of encouragement about various topics.
